The Hatzel service begins with your your first call.
We advice during planning and implementation, right from the first idea sketch and complete the project with all individual parts. We think about everything in every direction, optimizing for you in order to stay within your budget; also think about the transport and the necessary securing of your products inside the box. We advise you every step of the way and take care of all your concerns. We like to try to implement even the most impossible and always find a packaging solution together.
We adapt the wooden packaging precisely to your products – you can simply send us your products or we can also use your drawings for the exact implementation.

The developed wooden boxes are implemented accordingly in our own production. Precision and accuracy are our top priority, as in the end your products must fit perfectly into the wooden packaging. We pay careful attention to every detail and ensure that in the end everything looks exactly as you imagined for your products.
There is constant quality control and all skilled workers keep an eye on your highest standards. Every production process is closely monitored to ensure the highest quality. Improvements are continually being made to optimize the quality and the process. We also pay attention to the highest standards when selecting materials, so that our wooden boxes can be used reliably for you. The quality made by Hatzel gives the wooden box a long service life and the great look means that no end user will simply throw it away.
Delivery reliability…

You will receive your individual wooden packaging delivered in time and in accordance with the agreed regulations. Through volume contracts we can guarantee a steady production flow and therefore continuous deliveries.
With us you can expect an approximate delivery time of approx. 5 weeks* after order approval (of course highly dependent on the design and quantity!)

Production
…in our own facility in Wiesenfeld nearby Coburg
We produce all wooden boxes precisely to size and according to customer requirements and order-related. From a quantity of 100 pieces. We personally control the materials, procedures and manufacturing processes.
Our trained specialist staff has years of experience in implementation and execution. With our modern machinery, we are prepared for all customer requests. Grinding technology is very important to us so that we can achieve optimal surface results. The painting is carried out in our production in the same way as the finishing itself. This means we guarantee a perfect result!
Packaging
…on demand we will make it ready-to-store!
In general, we take care of all inlays and finishes of all kinds.
At the customer’s request, we are happy to assemble the wooden boxes with your products and pack everything “ready to store”. When assembling the wooden boxes, the aim is to prepare everything for shipping to the destination. Of course, we clean all wooden boxes thoroughly, paying further attention to quality – wooden packaging that has cracks or damage is not packed and sorted out – and then possibly equipped with inlays or your own products. At the end comes the labeling and labeling of the boxes, as well as the documentation for shipping. We would also be happy to take care of the shipping.
